    I don't think so. The sun is made entirely of gas (called plasma) so there is no solid surface to land on. It is a bit like Saturn or Jupiter in that effect (but MUCH hotter!). When the Cassini mission was finished, they flew the probe into the planet Saturn and it burned up in the atmosphere. You can read about it here: https://solarsystem.nasa....and-finale/overview/
