How do you find time for family, economics, and free time, does your work take up all of your time?

I think with any career you are going to struggle to find a good balance and the reality is sometimes you are going to be off balance. Sometimes work will get more attention and sometimes your family will. The trick is to treasure the time you have with your loved ones and to find a career that you love doing. I am lucky to have a job that is also very flexible so I can work around my family's constraints, like daycare or when my daughter is sick. In other words it is hard, but you find ways to enjoy time with your family as well as to make time for yourself

Work does take up a good deal of time, since we must be here at least 40 hours per week. Outside of those 40 hours, it is important to establish priorities in life, which include a life away from the office. Fitness is really important and taking time for yourself to stay in shape should always be a priority. When the whole family can be involved, that's perfection.
