Hi Michael If I didn't have the job I currently I have, I would likely go back to teaching dance. Dawn

Hi Michael, When I was younger, I always wanted to be an airline pilot. Starting college was a tough decision because I had to decide between aeronautical engineering and science. Something else I have always been interested in is teaching. Not necessarily in the classroom teaching but what is call "Public Outreach". This is where we try to communicate how amazing and important science is to regular people in the hopes they get as excited about it as scientists are. I think if I could no longer be a scientist, I would probably follow that path (since I'm probably too old to become a commercial pilot now). Claire

    Hi Michael,

In school I was always into sport. I played a lot of soccer and badminton. I think if I hadn't chosen to study physics I probably would be doing something related to sport, it would have been cool to have been a professional badminton or soccer player.

Also, while I was at University I had a part time job as a chef. If I wasn't a scientist I would also consider going back to train as a chef.
